Our client came to us looking for someone to take over their web developer. We created a beautiful website that did really good for their customers. Then we’re handed the responsibility to manage their marketing department. Soon after the results of their advertising on Facebook and Instagram, we’ve partnered and focus on growing their business.

BEFORE

Before hiring me they we’re selling 15%-25% of what they’re doing now at a much lower selling price. This is why it’s important to go over your business structure and sales funnel so you don’t commit the mistake of selling your product/services to low that you won’t grow with the success. People tend to lower their price to get more customer’s but that’s doing more harm to your business.

After/Results

In our first 3 months we’ve fixed most of the business pricing and started identifying their best customers to target on social media. In the 6th month we reported continuous online sales growth of about 30% increase in sales from their results before they hired me. In their first year we reported $250,000 in profit for their business at 65% ROI.
